About the Role

As a core member of their small workplace team, youll take ownership of a wide variety of tasks that keep the office running like clockwork. No two days are the same, so if youre proactive, flexible, and love problem-solving we want to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing
From hands-on support to behind-the-scenes coordination, your tasks will include:
* Locker allocations, post delivery and courier organisation
* Desk moves, workstation assessments, and floor plan updates
* Daily floor walks to spot and sort any workplace issues
* Producing access cards for employees and sub-tenants
* Logging service tickets for equipment across the building
* Loading bay bookings, waste management, and stock ordering
* Supporting events with furniture setup (must be happy with lifting tasks)
* Acting as a fire warden and trained first aider (well provide training)
