'On the Job' Skills Development:\n\nDuring your GA, you'll work across different IG tech teams (support, testing, development) to gain a broad range of experience, understand the full development lifecycle, and gain exposure to the Microsoft technology stack. \n\nYou will also gain valuable domain knowledge of working with enterprise business applications used within the emergency and professional services sectors. \n\nYou will be a valued, integrated IG team member, working within 3-week sprints and attending (online) daily stand-ups and end-of-sprint meetings. This will give you great experience of operating within a professional Scrum environment.\n\nUniversity Learning and Skills Development:\n\nAs a full-time GA, you will study traditional software development subjects during your four-year degree course. With the support of an IG personal mentor, you will learn via a mix of classroom and workplace-based training and assessment.
