Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Commerce Account Manager at E-commsult. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing social commerce accounts, implementing performance marketing strategies, and driving brand and product visibility. Day-to-day tasks include optimising campaigns, analysing data, and collaborating with clients to achieve growth and success in the e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the primary client liaison for the agency, overseeing the entire relationship. Working closely with internal team members who will provide the necessary data, you will lead the production of regular performance reports and deliver insightful analysis. You will meet with the client regularly and act as the main point of contact internally for all performance-related matters. Continuously striving to exceed client expectations, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client goals are met and actions are implemented effectively.
Qualifications
* Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, and Brand Strategy skills
* Experience in managing social commerce accounts and optimizing campaigns
* Data Analysis and Reporting skills
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Knowledge of e-commerce trends and platforms
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience with TikTok is essential
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
