About the Role
Newcastle Building Society is seeking a skilled Financial Adviser to join our team in Barnard Castle. As a trusted provider of financial services, we offer expert advice to customers across our branch network, supported by a dedicated back-office team.
This role involves:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external introducers
* Managing a structured client review process to ensure high-quality advice
* Proactively seeking referrals from existing clients to drive business growth
* Achieving corporate goals, including customer satisfaction, sales, and staff development
* Collaborating with branch colleagues to deliver advice and value to new customers
* Establishing a strong financial advice presence in the community
* Reviewing clients' financial circumstances and advising on their future financial plans
About You
We're looking for a commercially focused QCA Level 4 Financial Advisor with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You'll have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding business and customer service expectations.
You'll also demonstrate high standards of quality and compliance, with a strong ambition to succeed in a dynamic environment.
