The Role As Marketing Director, you’ll lead NPG’s marketing strategy to elevate our brand, drive growth, and deliver measurable results.
You will oversee a talented marketing team comprising a Marketing Manager, designers, content creators, and administrators.
Your role will centre on setting clear objectives, ensuring accountability, and empowering the team to deliver high-quality, results-driven work.
Based in Manchester or London, you’ll shape a cohesive, results-oriented marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities Leadership and Team Development : Set clear goals, provide direction, and inspire the team to achieve exceptional results.
Conduct regular performance reviews and mentor team members to maximize potential and accountability.
Drive a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Integrated Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy incorporating paid advertising, SEO, content creation, and automation.
Align digital efforts across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Salesforce Pardot to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
Oversee customer journey mapping, manage large lead volumes, and refine strategies through data analysis and A/B testing.
Data-Driven Campaign Management : Lead paid advertising and SEO initiatives, monitor ROAS, and adjust campaigns to achieve performance targets.
Analyse performance data to make informed decisions, tailoring campaigns for maximum impact.
Brand Stewardship : Maintain high-quality standards across all marketing assets and ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with the team to create impactful content and deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Additional Responsibilities Advanced use of Excel for budgeting, sales performance tracking, and marketing analysis.
Coordinate with CGI studios for real estate visualizations and collaborate on digital PR efforts to enhance online presence.
Oversee IT tools, including GoDaddy, Calendly, and key real estate platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla Pro.
Key Challenges Achieve ROI and lead-generation targets while adhering to budget constraints.
Maintain strict timelines for campaign launches and asset approvals.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in Salesforce data and reporting metrics.
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while balancing cross-departmental priorities.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or tools like Salesforce Pardot (highly desirable).
Proven leadership experience managing a multidisciplinary marketing team.
Expertise in digital marketing, paid advertising, and high-velocity sales environments with large lead volumes.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, Pardot Engagement Studio, Google Ads, and social media tools.
Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns and managing multiple projects.
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in tools like GA4, SEMrush, and Excel with the ability to interpret data, refine strategies, and achieve measurable results.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on team development.
