Brookstreet UK LTD are recruiting for a Temporary HR Officer (2-3 months) for our client based Glengormley/Belfast
The role is expected to last 2-3 months
Salary: £15.67 p/h
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in researching, devise, and consult on legislative changes affecting employment and issue appropriate policies and procedures.
2. Assist in the review of existing organisational HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and redraft, consult and reissue as appropriate.
3. Create, maintain, and keep up to date and accurate HR files.
4. Provide effective, high quality and confidential HR administrative support.
5. Support disciplinary and grievance procedures, investigations, meetings etc.
6. Advise employees and managers on day to day issues.
7. Support with exiting processes HR projects, engagement & wellbeing.
8. Prepare and collate job details for posts both publicly and internally advertised, ensuring that applicants have full details including job descriptions, specifications and application forms.
9. Select, support and brief short listing and interview panels, organising appropriate and relevant paperwork.
10. Act as a panel member at short listing and interview stages.
11. Prepare aptitude/assessment tests and devise presentation/interview questions where appropriate.
12. Complete all necessary pre-employment checks and references.
