Customer Service / Cleaning Assistant
Hourly Pay: £13.00
Weekly Contract: 18 hours per week. 2x 9 hour shifts
Hours: 9pm – 6am
Working Days: The shift days will vary week-by-week; therefore, candidates must be flexible to work Monday to Sunday as required.
Training/Induction: Hours will vary during the induction/training period. Overtime may be available during busier periods.

The Opportunity:
This is a unique and varied opportunity which combines Cleaning & Customer Service to ensure that our Student Residents’ experience is always delivered to the high standard and luxury that we pride our Vita Student brand on.
Cleaning Responsibilities:
* Cleaning of all public and communal areas
* Maintenance and delivery of building standards
* Nightly site-walks to ensure that standards are maintained
Customer Service Responsibilities:
* Single point of contact for all residents
* Attend to any query or incident within the residence and resolve the issue promptly
* Coordinate the delivery of mail and parcels with residents

* You must be an experienced cleaner or housekeeper
* You need a keen eye for housekeeping with a meticulous approach to cleaning.
* You must be able to commit to at least 2x night shifts each week – the days will vary week by week; therefore flexibility throughout the week is mandatory.
* You must have a passion for delivering high-end Customer Service to all our residents and visitors.
