My client is seeking a dynamic professional to join their dedicated team in Billingham, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts and driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of assigned client accounts.
2. Negotiate rates and value-added services aligned with client budgets and key requirements.
3. Conduct engaging webinars for clients and suppliers.
4. Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
5. Identify opportunities for sales growth and proactively engage with accounts to maximise revenue.
6. Deliver accurate and timely reports, ensuring documentation and CRM systems are consistently updated.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. At least 2 years of experience in account management.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM systems.
5. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
Further Information:
1. Salary: £27,000 + Bonus
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
3. Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per year, plus an additional day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 5 extra days.
