Sign in visitors and direct as appropriate to the relevant meeting rooms or contacts. To assist visitors and colleagues with queries in a knowledgeable manner, offering beverages where appropriate and cloakroom assistance if required. To maintain excellent front of house standards and keep the reception area tidy and clean at all times. To operate the switchboard and answer the telephones in a friendly and timely manner.
