Software Quality Analyst I
Location: Burlington, Ontario - Canada Office (Hybrid)
Position Summary:

We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer, who will participate in the end-to-end software development process from concept to feature implementation. Your key role will be to ensure we are implementing features that meet user needs and expectations.
We will rely on you for the following:
* Understand and analyze product requirements
* Execute manual functional testing
* Develop and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
* Interact daily with team members located around the world.
* Work with a team in an Agile, Continuous Integration process.
* Collaborate with our Development Team to help drive quality from conception to finished product.
* Participate in the creation/maintenance of test automation
* Identify, report, and analyze found issues using various testing tools
* Prepare test environment
* Stay up-to-date with new testing trends
What You Bring to The Team:
* Degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant training and/or experience.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Working experience with scrum and agile methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to maximize productivity.
* Self-motivated person with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
* High proficiency in computer technology.
* Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
