As the HR PMO Lead, you will take ownership of transformation initiatives within the People team, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while maintaining a structured approach to BAU activities through the HR Front Door process. Transformation & HR PMO (Supporting Change Initiatives) Manage and drive People initiatives within the wider Southern Water transformation programme. Act as the main point of contact for HR transformation projects, providing updates and escalation support to the HR steering group and Chief People Officer (CPO). Implement PMO governance frameworks, ensuring HR projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that support internal mobility, workforce planning, and capability-building. Maintain project documentation, including risk registers, reports, and tracking mechanisms. HR Front Door & BAU PMO (Supporting Business Operations) Oversee and evolve the HR Front Door process to streamline HR requests and enhance governance. Ensure consistent tracking and prioritisation of HR support requests. Lead process improvements to optimise the efficiency of HR operations. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Proven experience in an HR PMO, project management, or business transformation role. Strong knowledge of PMO governance, project methodologies, and risk management. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
