If you have cash handling and finance experience and are looking for an exciting part time role in the local area then keep reading This role will primarily be focused around supporting the Finance and Operations Manager in all aspects of account administration and meeting KPI expectations in line with company standards. The job: Processing of Sales and Purchase invoices Supplier statements Customer credit applications, setting up accounts Generating payment runs Weekly payroll cover Cash office cover Updating documents and systems as required General Office admin duties The person: Relevant experience - including handling cash Team Player Organised and accurate with attention to detail Exceptional numeracy skills Work well under pressure Able to manage own workload while achieving deadlines 25 hours per week. The hours will be 8am to 1pm (Monday to Friday).If cash office cover, a 5:30am start will be required.
