Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate logistics for team activities. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service. Support team members with various administrative tasks as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Skills Experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable Proficient in basic maths for handling financial data accurately. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
