About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital. As a key member of our Theatre department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent patient care in one or two of the following disciplines: Scrub, Anaesthetics, or Recovery.
* Have experience in elective Orthopaedics and/or Ophthalmology surgery.
* Support the perioperative team in maintaining a safe and efficient operating theatre environment.
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Contribute to the overall success of the Theatre department by demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
* NMC/HCPC registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Previous experience in Orthopaedic and/or Ophthalmic Scrub, Anaesthetics, or Recovery is essential.
* Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
