Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure repeat business. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our products and services effectively. Assist in processing orders, handling payments, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business and areas for improvement. Key Requirements: Previous experience in tele-sales, preferably within the Cash & Carry or wholesale sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of the Cash & Carry business model and its products is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems.
