You will be working in an expanding Department, covering a European-wide operation. The Department will be undertaking a varied number of tasks required to maintain an operation supporting a growing Fuel Card business.

Key Responsibilities of the German Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
1. Advise Sales of customers' commercial queries
2. Investigate transaction declines & velocity queries
3. Liaise with all staff both in Manchester and in European Offices
4. Log all queries and action on Logging Tool
5. Handle chargebacks, Copy Invoice Requests, Transaction Queries
6. Produce Copy Invoices on request
7. Provide ongoing support to colleagues and highlight training requirements to Team Leader
8. Answer phone calls with set criteria and within parameters set out by the Company
9. Assist in identifying and resolving areas that reduce chargeback liability or queries
10. Carry out data entry for Customers & Cards
11. Produce Customer Transaction Files and Reports
12. Forward customer payment concerns to Credit Collections immediately
13. Provide support to customers using website/systems provided
Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in a similar Customer Service role
2. Fluent in German
3. Adaptable to organisational change requirements
4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
5. Build a powerful sense of ownership and teamwork
6. Establish and maintain co-operative and effective working relationships
7. Make identifiable contributions to business objectives
8. Self-motivated, organised and can work on own initiative
