The Position
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction.

* Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving excellence.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests.
* Flexibility to work various shift patterns including evenings and weekends
