Description Permanent Contract | £24,294 to £25,979 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | Wymondham, Norfolk We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and committed individual to join our high performing Prevention Team here at Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to act as the primary point of contact for triaging and coordinating Home Fire Safety Visit (HFSV) requests. The role will work closely with the Home Fire Safety Manager, Home Fire Safety Advisors, Operational Crews, volunteers, and external partners to enable the effective and timely completion of Home Fire Safety Visits for those most vulnerable in our communities. We’re looking for a positive and proactive person with strong communication and organisation skills to manage your workload and ensure priorities are met. This is an exciting role that will see you working closely with partner agencies and our many internal teams to provide feedback, onward referrals and regular reports on our Service Prevention performance. To be considered for the role, you’ll need demonstrable experience of business administration, ideally including some experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
