About The Role
Greenfields Close is a spacious 28-bed residential care home in Nottingham, providing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, physical disabilities, and complex care needs. We provide a high level of support to enable all the people we support to meet their personal goals and future aspirations! The individuals we support at Greenfields love to party, enjoy listening and dancing to music, cooking, baking cakes, and celebrating each other’s birthdays. Some individuals are very sociable and love spending time with friends at home and out in the community, whether that's venturing out to the cinema or for a catch up over coffee! Halloween and Christmas are big events here, filled with decorations and fun activities.
As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
