We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Team on our Severn Trent Water Framework
Location: Finham WwTW - Coventry
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
As Site Engineer, you'll be responsible for the supervision of the workforce for the Finham and Unicorn Lane shaft installation. You'll work on capital projects within the water industry, working on upgrade and resilience of wastewater treatment sites.
Your day to day will include:
* Conducting ITPs and manage technical queries as well as producing RAMS and assisting with short term work programmes
* Raising TQs on the proposed design and ensure quality control requirements are met and recorded in accordance with specification
* Operating and promoting a high standard of health and safety and environment compliance
* Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
* Procurement and planning of equipment & materials for site establishment and throughout delivery of the scheme
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Engineer is great for you if you hold:
* Civil Engineering HNC/Degree or equivalent and experience working within main contractor civil engineering environment
* Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting
* Knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Safe Systems of Work for task specific activities
* CSCS Card
