About The Role We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You’ll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and providing insights to help drive strategic business decisions. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for driving financial success, then we’d love to hear from you Role Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support Responsible for the upkeep of the Finance system Preparation of monthly financial reports KPI reporting and Variance analysis Ensure that the financial controls within the business are working as planned and suggest ways of improving any areas of weakness. Coordinate internal and external audits. Liaise with auditors, bankers and major investors. Develop and improve Insurance related reporting processes. Preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns Preparation and management of annual budgets Supporting the preparation and maintenance of rolling forecasts Play a key role in corporate governance/compliance for all group companies. Key Skills/ Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role Experience in the aviation industry, with knowledge of Quantum Component Control would be beneficial but not essential. ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and procedures, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
