About the role

The Mobile Hire & Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in the successful running of the business. This role involves:
1. Processing orders
2. Coordinating drivers
3. Providing holiday, absence, and staff shortage cover at Non-mechanical and Welfare depots
4. Covering in the absence of a General Manager
5. Bringing on new suppliers and stock control
6. Arranging the delivery of parts to other GAP depots
Please note that this is a regional position and will involve occasional travel and overnight stays.
About You
Applicants should have:
* Previous experience of working within a high-volume hire desk role
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on increasing sales
* Effective communication skills with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
* Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative
* Driving licence
