As a Year 4 Teacher, You Will: Plan and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your Year 4 class. Inspire a love for learning by creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment. Support students in becoming independent learners, fostering creativity and critical thinking. Assess student progress regularly, providing feedback that encourages personal growth and development. Collaborate with a passionate and dedicated team to share ideas, resources, and best practices. What We’re Looking For: A qualified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, and QTS or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly in Year 4. A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and a creative approach to lesson planning. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
