Job Role Duties will include, but not limited to: Select and set up the correct tooling and work holding devices Measuring and testing equipment to check components are to the required quality and accuracy Interpret relevant data and documentation used to produce machined components Set and adjust the machine operation to produce the work pieces to the required specification To produce complex and specialist components Sign off relevant sections of Route Card on completion of machining operation. Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment. Maintain an excellent timekeeping record at both the training centre and in the work place Individuals must be able to work alone and as part of a team Requirements: Applicants must have a minimum of 4 GCSE’s at Grade 4/C or above including both English, Maths. The role is 37 hours per week: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 4:00 PM Friday 8 AM - 12:30 PM Salary: The successful applicants will start in September on an hourly rate of £6.40 per hour with increments based on successful progression.
