You’ll lead the CCTV monitoring centre including incident response, accident and emergency, and crime intelligence teams, and manage retail contracts to ensure KPIs are met and efficiency opportunities are explored. Your role involves monitoring store activity for fraud, launching investigations, and supporting fraud investigations. As a Data Owner, you ensure data within the CCTV system is processed lawfully, accurately, and securely, and you supervise data quality operations and approve data strategies. Accountable for People Safety Strategy driving the keep yourself safe campaign including training, communication and awareness activities Accountable for Retail Crime Reduction Strategy – providing the tools, opportunities and engaging others on crime reporting, police force engagement and external lobbying Delivers strategy and leads CCTV monitoring centre, accident and emergency and crime intelligence teams. Responsible for incident response for Boots UK Contract Management – responsible for the operational management of retail contracts including cleaning, guarding, uniform and GNFR Bunzl making sure operational KPIs are delivered, efficiency opportunities are explore and spend monitored. Fraud – responsible for monitoring store activity for fraud and launching investigations. Completion of Boots Uk fraud risk assessment Monitoring quality of investigations including reporting and serviving of civil recovery, supporting the organization with fraud investigations where requested. Data Owner - Accountable for the data within the CCTV system. The information inside CCTV system must be correctly maintained across various platforms and business processes.
