Job Description
3. Providing administrative support to the senior management team
4. Managing and organising office operations and procedures
5. Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
6. Handling correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders
7. Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
8. Managing the executive's calendars and scheduling appointments
9. Preparing reports and presentations as required
10. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA should have:
11. A degree in Business Administration or a related field
12. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
13. Excellent organisational and time management skills
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills
15. Proficiency in MS Office applications
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
17. Discretion and confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information
