Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum
Location: Cardiff/Hybrid (4 - 8 days a month in the office).
About the role:
Called internally 'Endorsement Co-ordinator'. You will be the first point of contact for businesses who have applied to join our scheme and passed our internal eligibility criteria. You will be responsible for ensuring you support them all the way through to becoming successfully endorsed, which includes completing actions and regular contact with the Trader. You will work closely with your team, Team Leader, and our Trading Standard Qualified Assessors to ensure the businesses you work with meet our criteria before they become successfully endorsed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responsibility for the coordination of the trader on-boarding process for new applications, ensuring a smooth customer journey within the stipulated time frame.
* Work with new applicants to complete action points and ensure clear delivery of requirements in order to convert applications to endorsements, and manage expectations and timelines for the customer regarding the endorsement process.
* Educate, excite and inform customers on the proposition, matching the customers needs with our benefits to convert the application to an endorsement.
* Work closely with our internal Assessor team to deliver quality applicants and ensure compliance with our eligibility criteria.
* Build meaningful relationships with your customers that you assist through the endorsement journey.
About you:
You will be great for this role if you have the ability to manage a busy administrative workload and like to work under pressure to short deadlines. You will have experience with delivering exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude, with a flexible and adaptable approach to working.
You will have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., and have strong computer skills. You are able to consistently meet set personal and departmental targets, and have a service-oriented approach with experience of working in a customer service environment.
* Understanding of trading standards industry desirable but not essential as training will be provided
* Retention / sales experience desirable but not essential
