The CSR Group are working with a leading office fit out contractor based in Antrim to recruit an Operations Manager to help lead the business with a number of new contracts won. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage project teams, ensuring successful project delivery, adherence to timelines, budgets, and health & safety standards. Maintain strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement within operations. Salary £80 -85k plus package, hybrid working available. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress. Ensure projects align with client expectations, business objectives, and design standards. Evaluate and implement alternative solutions to optimize project outcomes. Oversee and enhance project scheduling, legal contracts, and service level agreements. Maintain and develop subcontractor relationships. Improve health & safety systems and ensure compliance with regulations. Attend client meetings and presentations as required. Ensure project completion within set deadlines and budgets. Regularly update and manage project data in Procore. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Preferred Skills & Experience Proven experience in operations or project management within commercial fit-out, particularly office fit-out projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in design & build (preferred). Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations (First Aid/CSR/NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred).
