Your Role - Making an Impact
As the ER Manager, you will:
Lead the Employee Relations Team: Oversee Senior ER Advisors, ensuring consistent, high-quality ER services that promote informal resolutions and restorative approaches.
Drive Strategic Employee Relations: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement proactive ER strategies that enhance workplace culture and minimise conflict.
