Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Cleaning Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external platforms. Clean, validate, and organize datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Statistical and Predictive Modelling Apply statistical methods to forecast trends and measure performance. Use machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques where applicable. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with stakeholders to define data requirements and goals. Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner. Tool and Technology Utilization Use SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis. Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for data storage and processing (if applicable). Quality Assurance and Optimization Monitor data quality and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Optimize data workflows and processes for efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field. Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite). Familiarity with databases, scripting languages, or system integration techniques. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and map business processes. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or CRM. Experience with SQL or other database management systems.
