Successful completion of this stage is mandatory. Candidates who pass this initial stage will then be required to complete an online behavioural assessment. Both the application form and the behavioural assessment are essential parts of our early careers recruitment process.
What is the process?
Submit Application: We do not require you to submit a CV to apply; instead, you will need to complete a short online application form. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your application.
Online Behavioural Assessment: If you meet our eligibility requirements and we have a role that matches your chosen preferences, you will be sent an online behavioural assessment to complete by our partner, Arctic Shores. To learn more about the assessment please visit Support For Candidates | Arctic Shores.
Assessment Centre or Interview: Next, a shortlist of candidates will be created by our hiring managers and those people will be invited to an assessment centre or face-to-face interview, within 8 weeks of the initial application. Please note, with the volume of applications we receive, not all candidates who are successful at the online assessment can proceed to the interview stage.
Please note, the process can take up to 12 weeks in total if you’re an early applicant.
