Key Responsibilities
1. Facilities Tasks: Efficiently manage internal and external post, set up meeting rooms, assist with desk moves, and provide outstanding customer service.
2. Building Inspection: Conduct daily inspections, perform basic maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
3. Reprographic Services: Handle photocopying, document collation, binding, and scanning, ensuring high-quality output.
4. IT Support: Assist with basic IT troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and meeting room AV setups.
5. Reception Duties: Welcome visitors, manage meeting room diaries, and coordinate catering for client meetings and events.
