We need a Head of Finance who is going to bring leadership to our financial function, to become a partner of our different teams, and to make sure our business' risks and opportunities are thought about every day. You will be leading the finance team through our next phase of growth. You will be responsible for managing a team, creating and executing the finance strategy in line with the business strategy across new products in different markets. The Role: Financial Strategy & Leadership Own our financial vision—turning the three-year vision into a reality through smart, efficient, financial thinking. Lead on financial performance, forecasting, and commercial strategy, ensuring we’re making the right calls for sustainable, profitable growth. Partner closely with the leadership team, acting as a strategic advisor and sounding board for key decisions. Build and lead a best-in-class finance team, mentoring our bookkeeper and instilling financial discipline across every team. Financial Planning & Analysis Take full ownership of our P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Forecasts, making sure we have total visibility on performance. Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support growth, margin optimisation, and scenario planning - and assisting team leads with their forecasting models Drive cost efficiency and commercial accountability, helping teams understand their numbers and make better decisions. Own board reporting and investor updates, ensuring we have the right insights to tell our financial story with confidence. Financial Operations & Compliance Oversee all things finance—payment processing, FX banking, invoice management—across our UK and Spanish Operations (and potential new markets in the future). Keep us cash-smart by balancing liquidity, investment, and cost efficiency. Stay on top of VAT, tax, and compliance, ensuring we’re audit-ready and in line with all UK & international regulations. Future-proof our financial systems to support international expansion, making sure we’re set up for new markets and opportunities. Commercial & Business Partnering Work across all teams to embed financial accountability, making sure every department knows their numbers and how they impact the big picture. Lead our budgeting and performance cycles, ensuring we’re tracking the right KPIs and making informed decisions. Provide commercial insights that drive product profitability, supply chain efficiency, and pricing strategies. Be a true business partner, giving teams the financial clarity they need to operate with confidence. Who we are looking someone who is: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong track record in finance leadership. Experienced in scaling financial operations in a high-growth business. Knowledgeable of international finance, VAT, and regulatory compliance (experience with EU markets is a bonus) Personable, collaborative, human and takes a kind approach to solving problems with a love of building networks. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven business with the ambition to grow with it. Someone who can work at a strategic level but also get stuck into the detail when needed.
