This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced real estate Solicitor with a minimum of three years' post qualification experience to carry out excellent quality work. The role involves advising public sector clients in sectors including healthcare, local government, emergency services and primary healthcare providers. The role
The role will be broad ranging - development, landlord & tenant, asset management and land sales.
You will be working for both healthcare and other clients in the public and private sectors.
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will:
- Ideally be from a large regional or national firm or otherwise from an in-house environment (ideally within the healthcare sector whether public or private).
- You will be working on your own caseload along with working with Partners and other senior members of the team.
- Be ambitious, creative and commercially-minded.
- Enjoy business development and working closely with clients to understand their business needs.
- Ideally have knowledge and experience of the UK healthcare or other public sector market (this is not essential and can be taught)
