Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Leeds. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with clients, planning and executing drainage projects, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role demands excellent organizational skills, strategic planning, and the ability to solve complex problems promptly and effectively.
As well as the above, the role will include building new business relationships, bringing in new work and managing these works.
Qualifications
* Experience in operational management, project management, and team leadership
* Knowledge of drainage services and environmental regulations
* Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
* Ability to manage budgets and financial planning
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to the role
* Ability to work on-site in Leeds
* Relevant qualifications in engineering, business management, or a related field
* Previous experience in the drainage or environmental services industry is advantageous
