Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high standards of care.
* Advocate for the child's well-being and development.
* Create a loving, caring, and stable environment for children to explore their interests and reach their educational and life potential.
Requirements:
* Over the age of 21 years.
* Have a permanent spare bedroom.
* Have the right to remain in the UK.
* Genuine passion for improving the lives of children.
* Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different age groups and needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Resilience and ability to manage changing situations.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working with or alongside young people.
* Understanding of trauma and its effects on young people.
* Ability to collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the young person.
* Resilience, patience, and the capacity to create lasting positive moments for the young person.
