Salary:
* Senior (QCF Level 3 & above on step up to management programme) £14.11 per hour, plus per sleep in payment
* Qualified (QCF Level 3 in Social Care C&YP) £13.48 per hour, plus sleep in payment
* Unqualified £12.58 per hour, plus sleep in payment
* Relief (Zero Hours) £11.44 per hour, plus sleep in payment
* Sleep in Payment (varies between homes)
o Sleep in Shifts 2:1 - £50 per sleep in
o Sleep In Shifts 1:2 - £65 per sleep in

The Turnaround Project is residential care, aiming to step in when children and families are in crisis. Early intervention is provided through the ‘turnaround’ project to help prevent the breakdown of placements, allowing children to remain with their families or foster carers.

Minimum Requirements:
* One of the qualifications below, or those who do not hold the relevant qualification will need to complete the full Level 3 in health and social care Diploma, QCF or NVQ within three years:
o City and Guilds Level 3 Health and Social Care: Practice (Children and Young People)
o Qualification Level 3 in health and social care (Diploma, QCF or NVQ) or equivalent
o Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
* Experience of working with children in a paid or voluntary capacity
* Knowledge of child development, Attachment theory and Adverse Childhood Experiences
* Able to work in a trauma-informed way
* Ability to write comprehensive, clear, concise, and accurate records and reports
