Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration & Management
* Handle, distribute, and scan incoming post
* Manage distribution and coordination of outgoing post
* Maintain office supplies, including stationery
* Oversee storage and archiving of records
* Manage team diary, meetings, and social events
* Book and coordinate meeting rooms
* Periodically contribute to blog writing for the website and social media content
* Coordinate regular AML (Anti-Money Laundering) training for the team
Supplier Relationship Management
1. Maintain and manage relationships with key suppliers, including:
