Non F1 Project Administrator (18 Month FTC)

About the Role:
Project Administrator reporting to Non-F1 Programme Manager, supporting customer programmes and projects by providing milestone and financial performance updates, processing quotation requests, customer orders and managing monthly sales order/invoicing. Support of project management / planning activity on an ad-hoc basis.
Key Accountabilities (Duties):
1. Support day-to-day operational activity across multiple customer accounts, responding to quote requests, queries, orders and preparation of sales records for monthly invoicing.
2. Processing of requisitions and production orders via SAP, and monitoring/management of inventory.
3. Preparation and maintenance of customer trackers, timing and budget plans.
4. Minuting of internal meetings / reviews, and supporting with regular customer meetings, communication and project updates.
5. Establishing accurate cost BOM’s and lead times for quotations.
6. Processing requests and delivery notes for materials and transport of parts to customers, ensuring accurately recorded for audit purposes.
7. Ensure accurate project budget/spend tracking, along with the development of reporting metrics.
8. Monitor and track fulfilment of orders, regularly updating records and preparation of data for invoicing.
9. Support the alignment of customer schedules with internal manufacturing plans, working in collaboration with F1/Non-F1 planning and manufacturing areas.
10. Ad-hoc project tasks, manage project delivery stages and project planning activity.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
1. Experience of using SAP or other ERP systems.
2. Must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a project management / planning environment – combined with engineering / manufacturing experience.
3. Experience with tracking costs, compiling quotations, handling and processing of orders.
4. Able to create and present data in spreadsheet form.
5. Effective communication at all levels.
6. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Energetic with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
