Office Manager, Part Time, 25 hours per week, Office Based in Weymouth, £35,000 pro rata. 22 days' holiday + bank holidays.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established business in Weymouth. Working Part Time in the Weymouth Office, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Office of 6 employees.
As an experienced Office Manager, your responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of an office or department, including:
1. Overseeing administrative activities, managing filing systems, and developing new systems.
2. Establishing and maintaining policies and procedures, dealing with staff issues, and supporting staff career development.
3. Ensuring office equipment is maintained, identifying needs, and acquiring supplies.
4. Managing space and infrastructure, and coordinating moves, additions, and changes to workstations.
5. Handling correspondence, providing administrative support, and serving as the main point of contact in the reception area.
6. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and booking travel.
7. Preparing reports and presentations to senior management, and reviewing complaints and grievances.
