What You'll Do: As a Family Law Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, including: Divorce and Separation: Guiding clients through the legal process with care and professionalism. Child Arrangements and Parental Disputes: Advocating for the best interests of children and families. Financial Settlements: Assisting clients in reaching fair financial agreements. Tolata Disputes: Navigating complex legal challenges with expertise.You will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court when necessary. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients will be key to your success What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 2 years PQE as a qualified Solicitor or relevant experience as a Legal Executive/Senior Paralegal. Strong caseload management skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, client-focused approach to your work.
