Salary: MPS £33,075 - £45,037 FTE / £19,845 - £22,022 actual salary

Principle responsibilities:
1. The teacher will undertake all duties required of a qualified teacher identified in the School Teacher’s Pay and Conditions Document and will also undertake teaching in a designated area of the academy including, as below:
2. Establishing positive relationships with the children in your class and across the academy
3. Planning and teaching well-structured lessons, which meet the needs of all pupils
4. Making accurate and productive use of assessment to promote good progress and outcomes by pupils
5. Setting high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
6. Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
7. Undertaking reasonable roles and responsibilities as requested by the Head Teacher
8. Playing a full part in the life of the school community, supporting the ethos of the school, and encouraging staff, parents and pupils to do likewise
9. Complying with school policies and procedures
10. Ensuring personal professional development is prioritised, being up-to-date with national and local developments and participating in whole school and individualised INSET.
