In the role of expert practitioner, provide clinical leadership to enable the provision of a defined, recovery-focused service in collaboration with the Priory Hospital provider in Newbury. It is expected that this post will work collaboratively with the Consultant Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Nurse Consultants and Service Managers as a senior clinical leadership team across the Urgent Care Pathway including In-Patient Services and Community Urgent Care. Some of themust haves for you to be considered for this role: Registered Healthcare Professional (e.g. RMN, S/W) Extensive experience of working across boundaries and with multiple agencies. Extensive previous experience of managing a complex mental health caseload in the community and within In-Patient services. Excellent clinical assessment skills. Experience of teaching, mentoring and facilitating workshops. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to use these both on the ward and in other internal/ external forums and situations.
