As Product Director for our Enterprise Tribe, you will oversee delivering transformative systems and services to empower our teams. Combining strategic oversight with effective delivery, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to streamline operations across People, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance systems. This is an opportunity to promote technological change, reduce manual processes, and deliver integrated solutions for our multi-site business. Your Opportunity Define and carry out the product strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise Tribe. Manage product management, engineering, and evolution of enterprise systems. Work closely with stakeholders to align technology outcomes with business needs. Increase efficiency by reducing manual interventions and unsupported platforms. Collaborate with other Product Directors to manage cross-Tribe dependencies. Build business cases to support investment in enterprise technology solutions. Promote a culture of transparency, communication, and critical decision-making. Oversee SaaS product configuration and in-Tribe engineering integrations. Increase security, compliance, and team self-service capabilities. Deliver cost-effective solutions on time and within budget. What We'd Like You to Bring Experience managing multi-year, complex product roadmaps in enterprise systems. Capable of balancing product management with traditional project delivery. Constructive critical and problem-solving skills, using data to improve decision-making. Notable stakeholder management skills, engaging with all levels. Strategic perspective with engaged approach to deliver business outcomes. Knowledge of Finance, People, and SaaS platforms in a multi-site environment. Familiarity with Microsoft M365 and willing to learn new technologies. Management experience encouraging a collaborative and coaching-led culture.
