What success will look like for you as Head of Property?
As Head of Property, you will oversee the management, acquisition, and development of the company's property portfolio that we require to develop, test, and build our VX4 aircraft. The role requires strategic planning, leadership, and operational management to achieve the overall business objectives. You will lead the acquisition and disposal of properties, including negotiations, due diligence, and transaction management. Manage property development projects from inception to completion; ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Preparing and managing the property budget, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
What we would like you to bring?
We want you to be successful in your role. In order to achieve this, you will need to have experience in acquiring, developing, and maintaining facilities within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of managing large property portfolios and leading development projects with strong financial acumen and budget management. Experience within a senior leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field and professional certification in property management.
