Front of House Manager – Exciting, Fast-Paced Role
About the Role:
Are you a dynamic leader who thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments? Freemans Event Partners is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to take charge of our Union 15 food and beverage unit at Twickenham Stadium. This role is at the heart of our event-day operations, requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain seamless communication between the front and back of house under intense pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front-of-House Leadership: Take full control of FOH operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
2. Guest Satisfaction: Drive exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs quickly and effectively in a busy setting.
3. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to perform at their best in a high-intensity atmosphere.
4. Seamless Communication: Act as the vital link between FOH and BOH teams, ensuring fast and accurate communication to deliver smooth service.
5. Quick Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve challenges in real-time without disrupting service flow.
6. Stock & Presentation: Oversee food and beverage displays, ensuring they are replenished and visually appealing during peak times.
7. Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume food and beverage operation.
2. Exceptional Leadership: A hands-on leader who can inspire and manage teams effectively under pressure.
3. Adaptability: Quick thinking and the ability to stay calm while juggling multiple priorities in a hectic setting.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent coordination between FOH and BOH teams to maintain efficient operations.
5. Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, even during the busiest moments.
6. Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety standards and health regulations.
7. Commitment to all 6 nations games.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and event days in a high-energy, event-driven role.
