The Partnerships and Stakeholders Engagement directorate is a small and dynamic team made of three departments based in Edinburgh, Birmingham and Kuala Lumpur. The Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement (P&SE) Administrator provides excellent and crucial support to the three departments, under the supervision of the Director.
This is an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, analytical, and very organized individual with experience of providing high-quality administrative and project support. They will focus on delivering high quality, proactive support to the committees under the remit of the directorate, working closely with Chairs, volunteers and college staff to ensure those committees run smoothly and effectively.
They will also be responsible for the administration of international travel risk assessments programme, under the supervision of the International Partnerships Manager.
They will work with a committed and diverse group of volunteer clinicians and will support various team members. They can expect each day to be different, and to be required to use their creativity, resourcefulness as well as their extensive organizational and administrative skills.
Educated to A-Level/HNC or HND/Degree level or equivalent, the successful applicant will have demonstrable administrative or secretarial experience. They will be able to use IT systems proficiently. They will be meticulous, conscientious, and will have excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
They will be able to remain calm under pressure and will have a customer-oriented approach to their work. An ability to manage and prioritise their workload and support efficiently several colleagues and projects simultaneously is indispensable.
