Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background who is looking for their next interim challenge? Balancing both strategic thinking with hands-on HR support, we are looking for a People and Culture manager to join a small People and Culture team. Working occasionally on site, you will lead and strengthen the People and Culture team ensuring HR best practices whilst, championing equality, diversity and inclusion throughout our processes. You will play a key role in shaping the people strategy within Futures including staff well-being, recruitment, learning and development, on-boarding, and retention.
