Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising on-site rig operations with an emphasis on rotary drilling
* Conducting geotechnical investigations and analysing data
* Ensuring all drilling activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations
* Collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to achieve project goals
* Providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
* Preparing detailed and accurate technical reports
* Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders
* Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
Job Requirements:
* Experience in geotechnical engineering, specifically related to rotary drilling
* Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and practices
* Proficiency in supervising rig operations and managing on-site teams
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to produce comprehensive technical reports
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Capability to work both independently and within a team
* Relevant qualification in geotechnical engineering or a related field
