Portfolio Payroll are representing a global technology company who are in a period of substantial acquisitive growth. Seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to oversee and manage nationwide UK payroll operations as well as EMEA.
Responsibilities include:
* Day to day management of the payroll team - recruitment, development and motivation, as well as 1:1s
* Ensuring the team are up to date with legislative changes and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
* Support and manage the implementation of change
* Design and implement robust systems and processes
* Ensure all pension contributions are paid and reported in accordance with legislation
* Act as an integral part of the new T&A system implementation
* Ensure journals are processed for the payroll and relevant accounts
Experience required:
* Extensive experience in Payroll Management role and managing staff
* Experienced in ADP IHCM payroll
* Exemplary UK payroll knowledge
* Experience of coordinating international payrolls
